Not just Saturdays. Its so damned quiet since the hotels deserted the place its not worth visiting. <br /><br />The Cross was once really classy. Yes classy. Full of intelligencia and artists. Its the people who visit the area which also contributed to its appeal. <br /><br />I see a lot of them down at Fox studios.Yes Fox. It was h...The Cross can never be a shopping centre. It was however a fantastic shopping venue in the 1970's with its mix of night time and daytime experiences.<br /><br />Remember it was a fabulous place to go after dark. And just as fabulous to shop during the day.<br /><br />Potts Point is starting to reflect what it was. Appartment blocks with the streets full of life at all times.
